  • Salary & Benefits: Salary: £33,000 - £47,000 per annum (depending on experience) including commission
  • Annual Leave: 25 days plus an additional day off for your birthday. 
  • Hours: Flexible, 40 hours per week across the hours of 8am - 6pm (Monday - Friday).

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a target-driven, client-facing role where you’ll play a key part in increasing our revenue pipeline and driving our investments business.

As a key brand representative, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator, a self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales activity and meet KPIs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of client sales leads, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director on sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Represent KOVE with a deep understanding of our investment services and property offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • A passion for the property sector and KOVE’s mission.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a growth mindset and resilience in overcoming challenges.
